Before assembly every single shortblock has a final clean in our industry leading ultrasonic cleaner, and followed with a white-glove hand clean. Every single shortblock is hand assembled in our environmentally controlled engine clean room which features dedicated air handling and is kept at 68F year round.

Notes:
- If using D25 heads you must use a slightly thicker head gasket due to the smaller combustion chamber.  We recommend JE .039" head gaskets.
