Stock Status

In Stock

The product is currently in stock at our warehouse or at our affiliate warehouses. Most of the time, products noted as IN STOCK are in fact IN STOCK and will ship within 48 hours. Products marked IN STOCK are not necessarily always in stock. There are times when we are told an item will be available at a certain date, but do not show up on that date. We manually go through many items to recheck stock and make sure our stock is accurate. If an item is marked in stock and an order is placed, we will notify you of any stocking issues. We are HUMAN and do have walkins and inventory is not directly updated on the same day. If inventory is WRONG we will notify you with and ETA and if you wish to keep the order.

On Order ETA

Products with this status are products that we order from the MFG to be delivered to our warehouse. The status will change to IN TRANSIT once the item ships out to us, then to IN STOCK once it arrives. Customers who order an item with this status will guarantee the product as well as the price. If the price lowers before we ship, we will refund you the difference. If the price increases, you will not be required to pay anything extra. ETAs will vary and are noted in the product page above the ADD TO CART. The ETA is an ETA, and the items may arrive sooner or later. We monitor the ETAs as best we can and change them as soon as we get an update.

In Production ETA

Products with this status are for items we manufacture at one of our warehouses. Production time varies depending on the product and qty we order. Customers who order an item with this status will guarantee the product as well as the price. If the price lowers before we ship, we will refund you the difference. If the price increases, you will not be required to pay anything extra. ETAs will vary and are noted in the product page above the ADD TO CART. The ETA is an ETA, and the items may arrive sooner or later. We monitor the ETAs as best we can and change them as soon as we get an update.

In Transit ETA

Products with this status are either in the process of being shipped to us or already in transit to our location. ETAs will vary and are noted in the product page above the ADD TO CART. The ETA is an ETA, and the items may arrive sooner or later. We monitor the ETAs as best we can and change them as soon as we get an update.

Pre-Order

Items with this status are products in production and are able to be ordered right now. Most products with this stock status are available at a large discount. When the products are closer to completion, the status will change to ON ORDER/IN TRANSIT, and the discounts will be removed.

Special Order

Products with this stock status are items that we do not stock and only order once the order is placed. Special Order items are nonrefundable and can not be canceled after 48 hours of being placed. Special-ordered products are not shipped out right away. If you would like an ETA. New as of 2026, we have added approximate shipping time frames for some Special Order Items. If anything changes with those dates, you will be notified via email as soon as we get those updates. In some cases, we have seen orders ship out sooner than the ETA posted.

Clearance {QTY} Remaining

Products with this stock status will tell you the exact number of stock currently in our inventory and ready to ship. These items are marked down at or below cost prices.

We are HUMAN, and walk-ins do come in to buy parts all the time. And not always are clearance items removed from the system right away. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is on Clearance if it is no longer available.

In-Stock Ships From MFG

Products with this status will ship directly from the MFG and can take 24-72 Hours for processing. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

MFGs like Seibon take up to 5-10 days to process in-stock items.

Manufacturer Drop Shipments

Products with this status are drop shipped from the manufacturer, and Stock is not always available to ship right away. We can get you stocking information via email or phone if you need to make sure. Most of the time DROP SHIPPED orders ship within 48 hours, while others may take a few weeks. Please inquire if you are on a time crunch for real-time availability.

Canceling MFG Drop-shipped orders may result in a 5% fee.

Back-Order Reserve Now

Products with this status are not currently available and will be available soon. You can order the product and reserve it and as soon as it arrives, your order will be shipped.

Out Of Stock

Products with this status are not in stock at this time. Some products with this status can be ordered if they are items that will be available within 30 days.

Discontinued

Products with this status are either no longer being made or have MAJOR issues getting Raw Materials. The Status of Discontinued Items can change in the future. Please inquire if you would like more information on that particular item.
