Installation Notes:
- Requires the removal of the driver-side door card
- Remove the 2 Phillips screws holding it into the door card.  Screws can be found from within the door card after removal. 
- Install new switch plug in the 2 plugs and put the screws back in
- Installation time = 10min or less
