Processing Time


Here at SMY Performance, we understand that your order may be time-sensitive. Our usual processing time for in-stock items is the same day.  A tiny percentage can take up to 1-2 business days to process so please be patient.  The majority of orders placed before 4 PM EST will go out the same day as placed as long as the items are in stock.  If any item you have selected is not available you will be notified of the expected arrival time.  If you ordered an item that is NOT stated as IN STOCK then it most likely is NOT in stock and ON ORDER.  Please email / SMS or call us for more information.

 

Free Shipping


Free shipping ONLY applies to orders within the CONTIGUOUS USA.  We understand mistakes or glitches happen, if an order is placed as STORE PICKUP and you are not picked up you will be contacted via email/phone/SMS with shipping options and prices.

  • Orders over $185.00 after all discounts/rewards/credits are eligible for free shipping
  • Oil Change Packages / Oil DO NOT qualify for free shipping
  • SMY has the right to choose the most economical way to ship any order that qualifies for FREE SHIPPING
  • UPS / FedEx can not deliver to PO BOX addresses

 

Domestic Shipping


Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped most economically.  SMY Performance reserves the right to adjust the shipping carrier without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner.  Customers that require a specific shipping method please email/call or sms us before ordering.

  • UPS = ETA Not Guaranteed and Insured for the value of the order.
  • USPS Express = Has a GuaranteedTransit Time and Insured for the value of the order. (if the package does not arrive within the Guaranteed time SMY will file a claim to recoup shipping costs from USPS)
  • USPS Priority = ETA Not Guaranteedand Insured for the value of the order.
  • USPS First Class = NOT Insured

 

International Shipping


SMY Performance ships worldwide using various carriers depending on what is ordered.  If for some reason the shipping quote you were given is inaccurate you will be notified via email with options.  Some larger products can not ship using USPS International due to size, you will be emailed if that is the case with options.  The fastest options are UPS or USPS Express.  The slowest international shipping option is USPS FIRST CLASS can take  2-6 weeks to arrive.

APO / Military / PO BOX Shipping


SMY offers a variety of shipping options and sometimes those options are not accurate or can not ship to specific addresses.

  • PO Box = CAN NOT ship via UPS
  • APO / Military addresses are considered USA domestic addresses when shipped using the shipping carrier USPS. 

 

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes


Orders shipped outside of the United States will be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.  All recipients of an international shipment will be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are collected once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.  When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  • Customs hold will delay shipment dates (no one has control as to how long customs needs to inspect a package)
  • Taxes and Duties are paid before delivery is made.

 

Address Issues


SMY Performance uses a few unique tools to verify purchases against fraud, against address input errors to make sure the order is not fraud and that it will be delivered to the correct address.

  • Payment Fraud Detection = Each order goes through a 2-tier fraud detection that is 95% accurate.  If an order is denied a payment guarantee then you are contacted via email with that information.
  • Shipping Address Check = The sophisticated shipping software that we use notes any issues with the shipping address such as missing Apartment/Suite number or incorrect address.
  • Incorrect City or Zip is automatically adjusted by our shipping software.

 

Out of Stock / Back Ordered Items


The SMY Performance staff does their best to keep inventory accurate, but we are only human and make mistakes.  Any item that has a stock status as OUT OF STOCK or BACK ORDER will receive an email from the SMY shipping team with an estimated ship date.  We check several warehouses constantly to get orders out ASAP.  Sometimes MFGs are not very forthcoming with their ETA and they change constantly.

 

Manufacturer Drop Shipments - Combined with In-Stock Items


If your order consists of a MFG Drop Shipped Product and an IN-STOCK Product.  All items will ship together from our location most of the time.  If the MFG Drop Ship item qualifies for free shipping and the rest of the order does as well we will split ship the order.  If it does not then it will have to be shipped together from our location.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us regarding this so we can help clear it up or in most cases make an exception.

 

Undelivered Orders / Rejected Shipments


On occasion, packages are returned as “undelivered”. In such cases, we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping charges to the customer and return shipping costs).  We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undelivered.  If you would still like to purchase undelivered items, you are welcome to place a new order on our Website. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us. Customers are responsible for any typos when checking out.
