Free shipping ONLY applies to orders within the CONTIGUOUS USA only. Free shipping are for all orders shipping to the contiguous USA that have a GRAND TOTAL price of $175.00 This means after any discounts, rewards points, or sales pricing the final total must be over $175.00. Any orders that we receive that does not have shipping fees paid will receive an email with steps to pay for the shipping fees. Here at SMYPerformance.com we understand that your order may be time sensitive. Our usual processing time for in stock orders is 1-2 business days. Majority orders placed before 2PM EST will go out the same day as placed as long as the items are in stock. If any item you have selected is not available you will be notified of the expected arrival time.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
SMYPerformance.com offers free shipping on orders of $175.00 dollars or more. Free shipping is only available to orders shipped within the contiguous USA. If your order qualifies for free shipping it would be shipped using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You can check if your order qualifies for any shipping promotion by adding your desired items to the cart and use the "Estimate Shipping" box located on the lower portion of the shopping cart. SMYPerformance.com reserves the right to adjust the shipping carrier without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner.

International Shipping Rates:
SMYPerformance.com now services countries around the world via USPS International Services or FedEx International. If you would like to estimate shipping costs to your selected country you can do so by adding your desired items to the cart and use the "Estimate Shipping" box located on the lower portion of the shopping cart. Please be aware the supplied shipping rates do not include any customs fees, duties or brokerage fees that may be attached to your shipment, all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

APO / PO Box Shipping Rates:
Currently our online store front is not set up to accurately quote APO / PO Box shipments. If you wish to have your package sent to one of these address we urge you to contact our Customer Service Department by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
International Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Address Verification (Billing / Shipping Address):
SMYPerformance.com will take all the necessary steps to confirm the validity of all online orders. We utilize The Address Verification System (AVS) to verify and confirm the billing information supplied to us is that of the cardholder's issuing bank. We will not accept credit cards that do not pass our stringent fraud protection measures, which include gathering the CVV2 digits and verifying the billing address and cardholder information. SMYPerformance.com reserves the right to decline any purchase at any time, and will do so if we suspect a credit card is being used fraudulently.
Out of Stock / Back Orders Orders:
If we have determined that an item on your order is out of stock we will notify you of the expected arrival time. We will put your order in a holding status in our system and ship the out of stock item as soon as it becomes available. Our Customer Service Representatives monitor stock statuses daily to ensure that when the out of stock item does become available your order will be swiftly processed. SMYPerformance.com reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. However if we do determine that placing the entire order on hold until the out of stock item arrives best processes your order we will take the necessary steps to inform you.
