SMY Performance Rewards program now offer every customer the chance to earn rewards points that can be used on future purchases. We have implemented this rewards program starting 9/10/2019. Rewards points will not be given on any order placed prior to that date. Rewards points can be attained a few ways and we will get into that below. As SMY Performance continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of its customers and our industry our rewards points may change. We have a passion for our customer and believe that without you we would not exist and want to reward you for shopping with us in various ways.
Who Gets Rewards Points:
- Customers Logged Into an Account = YES
- Guests / Guest Checkout = NO Guest checkouts do not receive points for their order. If do have the ability to add points to guest orders but only within 48 hours of purchase. After the 48 hours we will not be able to add points to your account for that order.
How Do Rewards Points Works:
1) Every $1 you spend you will receive 3 Rewards Points. For example if you spend $300.00 you will receive 900 Rewards Points.
2) Every order can qualify for rewards points even orders that you are redeeming credit with. So example $100.00 order you use 500 Rewards Points ($5.00 value) will come out to $95.00 allowing you to receive 285 rewards points.
3) Rewards Points can NOT be used on shipping fees. Rewards Points are only valid on a products value.
Rewards Points Values:
- Every 100 Rewards Points = $1.00 Credit. For example if you have 1,000 Rewards Points this would equal $10.00 in store credit. The more points you have the more money you can save on your next purchase. - Product Reviews receive Store Credit of $1.00 per review with photos.
- If the total of the new order falls under the free shipping mark you will have to pay for shipping fees. If you do not the order will be held and you will be contacted to pay the shipping fees before we can ship your order.
How to Use Rewards Points:
1) Simply sign into your account which you placed your order using. The amount of points you have in your account will be listed on top as well as in your dashboard.
2) Add items to your cart.
3) Click on VIEW CART or CHECKOUT and you will see a slider that will ask you how many points you would like to use. The amount you set will be deducted off the total.
4) Every 100 Points Equals $1.00, minimum 100 points is required to use points.
5) If the total of the new order falls under the free shipping mark you will have to pay for shipping fees. If you do not the order will be held and you will be contacted to pay the shipping fees before we can ship your order.
