Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request an RMA to get a refund.  To be eligible for a return, the item(s) in unused and resellable condition, and the item (s) must be in the original packaging or equivalent packaging with all tags, literature, and components present.  We cannot accept returns on Gift cards, Clearance Items, Items denoted as special orders, items that were used or attempted to be installed (which were received correctly as requested by the customer), Items that do not have the original packaging or equivalent packaging and or Items that are discontinued by the manufacturer.  Available refund options are as follows.

  • Store Credit
  • Refund
  • Exchange


Restocking Fees

Returns that request a full refund will have fees deducted from the total amount that is refunded.  Only errors made by SMY are issued a FULL refund without any fees.

  • Products returned for a refund will have a 5% restocking fee unless it is an SMY Product.
  • Shipping Fees are never refunded on returns.  Orders that qualified for free shipping means SMY paid for the shipping costs and those costs are not refunded.
  • To Avoid any restocking fees you may want to consider refunding funds as STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE

Store Credit

  • Products returned for store credit will be issued 0 restocking fees. A store credit will be issued to your account and can be used on any future purchases.
  • Store Credit never expires
