This is what you have been looking for.  Straight from Japan Subaru, and now you can have it on your USDM car.  POWER FOLDING MIRRORS.  Like why didn't Subaru just offer these bad boys on the car, or even give us an added option?  Installation is pretty straight forward, re-pin the 14 pin JDM harness plugs to the 10 pin USDM harness found on your OEM mirrors main harness.  To have them activate purchase the JDM switch sku = 83061FJ000

Notes:
- Will Fit Models with Blind Spot Monitoring
- These have a 16pin plug while OEM only has 10pin plug, some extra wiring may be required.
- Requires 2 Wires on each side to be added for Power to work

- This model requires additonal wiring to access additonal features like puddle lamps.
Thes 6 extra wires are needed to be run on the side and will not fit the 10pin OEM plug.
