Return Shipping Policy


  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and getting a label.
  • We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during returned shipping. Insure your returns.
  • We REQUIRE a Tracking Number when you ship the return. Failure to add a tracking number will delay your return.
  • Shipping Fees are NOT Refunded. This includes orders that qualify for FREE Shipping. The ONLY time shipping fees are refunded is if SMY made the mistake.
  • The RMA Number is required on the return shipping label as well as this form. Failure to note the proper RMA# will delay the return.
  • RMA Numbers if different then the automated numbers will be emailed to you.

Standard Returns


Returns are allowed on all orders unless otherwise noted on this page within 30 days of the delivery date. Beyond 30 days SMY reserves the right to refuse any returns.

  • Must not surpass 30 days after delivery date.
  • The product must be unopened or unused.
  • Product boxes must be returned in sellable condition.
  • Returned items after test fitting and damaged (can not resell as new) = ARE REJECTED (buyer pays return shipping fees)
  • Any missing parts when returned will not qualify for any refunds. Missing parts include Paperwork, Hardware, and anything else that was included with your purchase.
  • Used or installed Items do not qualify for returns = ARE REJECTED (buyer pays return shipping fees)

 

Special Order Returns


SMY Performance has access to hundreds of aftermarket products and manufacturers.  In some cases, these items are considered special orders and are specifically ordered for the buyer on a case-by-case basis. As a result, items that fall under the Special Order Return Policy may not be eligible for any refund, credit, or exchange.  The buyer assumes that any items ordered under the Special Order Return Policy will fit their vehicle and will fit their needs. Any customer placing a special order with SMY Performance will be made aware of an estimated ship date the product may ship. These ETAs are all estimated and vary depending on Holidays and other outside influences.

  • Special Order JDM Products CAN NOT be canceled after 24 hours of ordering.
  • DAMD Steering Wheels CAN NOT be canceled after 24 hours of ordering.

 

Cancelations


For any reason you wish to cancel your order please email us. As long as your order has not shipped a full refund will be made using the same payment method.  Any orders not canceled before the order is packaged with a shipping label will incur a cancellation fee of $10.00.

 

How to Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)


Sign into your account and head over to your account dashboard. From there click on RMAs and choose the order number you want to start a return for. Then you will have to choose the item or items you want to return and a reason.  Lastly, choose how you would like the refund to be processed.  Options include

  • Store Credit (Zero Fees)
  • Exchange (Zeo Fees)
  • Refund (Fees Involved)
