Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Creating an account prior to ordering makes it a bit easier, BUT it is NOT necessary to create an account before placing an order, because:

  • - Our system will automatically create an account when you place an order using the email address the order was first placed with. Ten you can reset your password using that email address.
  • - Once logged in customers can view orders, leave product reviews, view tracking information, rewards points and store credits
Which shipping providers do you use?

We mainly use USPS (United States Parcel Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). A small percentage of orders may be drop shipped via FedEx

  • - USPS Orders shipped domestically have a transit time of 1-3 days not including Sunday or Holidays
  • - UPS Ground Orders shipped domestically have a transit time of 1-5 days not including Weekends or Holidays
  • - Drop shipments via FedEx domestically have a transit times of 1-4 days not including Weekends or Holidays
How do I process an Return / RMA?

Returns / RMA are processed by you the customer directly through your account, and only allowed within 30 days of delivery date:

  • - Sign into your account using the email address you used to place your order / click on reset password if you do not remember making one.
  • - Once logged in on the left hand tab choose RMA / Returns.
  • - Once you process an RMA we will be notified and will approve it within 1-2 days.
Do you offer Military / First Response Discounts?

Do you offer any kind of discounts?

Yes we do offer several different ways of get discounts. Discounts can be either earned or given. Here are some ways

  • - Email us for a custom price quote and make sure to include all the items you are interested in as well as your shipping information

  • - We also offer rewards points for leaving product reviews, good or bad

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide using various shipping methods:

  • - We ship to customers in over 100 countries
  • - Some countries and Regions do have restrictions and we will contact you after you place your order if we have any shipping issues or concerns
