Brake Shims Features:
- 4 Shims included in each kit
- Made of 6AL-4V / Grade 5 Titanium, which has very low heat conductivity compared to steel.
- Shims are 1.0mm thick (better insulation compared to the 0.5mm thick competitors)
- Acts as a thermal barrier to reduce heat transfer from the brake pad to the caliper piston.
- Helps prevent brake fade and potential brake failure, extending brake pad life and improving performance on the track.
